No. Fans scan a QR code or tap a link and shop in their phone browser, so there is no download friction.

Is Skip The Line really 100% free for artists and merch teams?

Yes. There are no setup fees, no monthly subscriptions, and no software bills for your team. The platform is funded by a small service fee added to the fan’s checkout.

Can fans buy before doors open?

Yes. You can share the storefront link ahead of time so fans browse and buy early, then pick up onsite.

Can we choose which items show up for a specific show or date?

Yes. Date-specific availability means the storefront matches what you actually brought that night.

How do refunds, cancellations, or wrong-size issues work?

Handle customer service the same way you do now. Your team controls fulfillment status and resolves issues based on your own policies.
