How it works

Step One

Event guests visit a URL (emailed in advance of the show) or scan a QR code for the storefront for the specific tour date or event they are attending. You can share the URL or QR code on marketing materials sent out to ticket buyers. Remind guests during the event by posting the URL and QR code around the venue, on hand bills, or on display screens.

Step Two

Guests shop the unique event or tour date storefront. Take the opportunity to offer unique merchandise for specific dates by toggling items on and off as desired. Guests can shop all available merchandise right on their phones.

Step Three

When a guest chooses an item - they can select from options like sizes and colors. Using an inventory control engine, the store only populates with items that are still available. If you have a run on medium shirts, the algorithm knows and removes the option based on your preset inventory limit. 

You can even set custom pricing for specific options. Want to offer a 4XL but charge $2 more? Easy. Just note that preference when entering the product into our system. 

Step Four

A guest places their order and pays for it right from their phone using their saved credit card information or other digital payment method. Our Stripe integration allows guests to use pretty much any digital payment method available.

Step Five

After buying, guests are emailed/texted an order notification with preset pick-up instructions. Each order notification has a unique order number for added security and accuracy. Have guests present their order number at pickup to verify guest identity and order correctness.

Fulfillment

Merchandise fulfillment can be a daunting task, just not with SKIP THE LINE. Orders come into the event dashboard and your staff pull the order and give it to the guest when they present their order confirmation number. Easy-Peasy. 

Now, what about inventory control? Not a problem. We're veteran Live Event Merchandise vendors - inventory management is in our blood and we've designed it into our revolutionary system.  With real-time declining inventory tracking, you never need to fear overselling. 


But wait, there's more!

Inventory tracking isn't limited to one storefront. It happens across all storefronts. If you sell a shirt for tomorrow night's show in advance, our system removes that shirt from your inventory so you can't accidentally sell it tonight! This allows all guests across the entire tour to access all available inventory.
